1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal care and hygiene-sensitive nature of cosmetic products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
• The product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect (wrong product or variant).
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or altered cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned unless the product itself is proven to be defective.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

• Change of mind after the product has been opened or used.
• Minor differences in colour, shade, texture, or appearance caused by screen display settings.
• Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable.
• Return requests submitted after the 7-day return period.

4. How to Request a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your Order Number along with clear photos or a video of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect).
3. Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
4. If approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange a reverse pickup where available.
5. Please pack the product securely in its original packaging before returning it.

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for products that are:

• Damaged during delivery.
• Defective or expired.
• Incorrectly shipped (wrong item or variant).

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement product is unavailable, an approved refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been shipped.
• Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if eligible under this policy.
