We currently deliver to 20,000+ Pin Codes across India, ensuring wide accessibility for our customers nationwide.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 working hours after confirmation
  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 10 days depending on your location
  • Customers in metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bangalore can expect faster delivery (usually within 3 days)

Serviceability & Undeliverable Locations

  • Delivery availability is checked based on your Pin Code at the time of order
  • In rare cases, if a Pin Code becomes unserviceable after order placement, your order will be cancelled
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 48 hours

High-Value Order Verification

For orders exceeding ₹5000, our customer support team may contact you for verification before dispatch to ensure secure delivery.

Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include an additional fee of ₹70.

Order & Address Guidelines

  • Ensure that your shipping address and Pin Code are accurate and complete
  • Orders cannot be modified or redirected once placed
  • Each order is shipped to one address only

Order Cancellation

In exceptional cases (such as serviceability issues), orders may be cancelled by us.

Prepaid order refunds will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, our team will contact you to coordinate re-delivery.

Multiple Item Orders

  • Orders with multiple products may be shipped in separate packages
  • Each package will have its own tracking details
  • This may slightly extend the overall delivery timeline
