Yes, it's made for all skin types: oily, combination, normal and dry. It does contain fragrance, so if your skin is sensitive or reacts to scented products, do a patch test on your inner arm for 24 hours first.
Yes. It cleans with milder agents — sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, cocamidopropyl betaine and decyl glucoside — instead of SLS or SLES. You get a light lather that removes oil and dirt without stripping your skin.
It shouldn't. Glycerin and betaine help hold water in the skin, and aloe vera, panthenol and allantoin keep it calm and soft. If your face feels comfortable a few minutes after rinsing, the cleanser is doing its job.
